It is my mission to create the perfect logo or website for all of my clients. I strive to make that happen. So, I am offering all of my clients unlimited revisions on all packages! That is almost unheard of. Most, logo design companies and graphic designers that offer packages, put a cap on how many revision rounds you get for each package. I do not place caps on how many revisions you are allowed. I want you to be happy with your logo and will make all the revisions needed to make that happen.

So, how does this work? Let's say you choose a package that offers 3 logo concepts. I will send you one concept at a time until either you have been sent 3 total concepts or you choose a concept out of the first ones. Once you pick the logo you want revisions to, I will keep making all necessary revisions until you are 100% satistfied! Do you get a fourth concept? Not if you chose the package that gives you three. But, there is not limit to the revisions you can request. So, what if I hate all concepts offered within my package? Well, I hope that would not be the case. But, if it did happen, then just keep asking for revisions on the concept that best suits your needs until it evolves into the logo you do love! It is that simple. I am a very reasonable person and easy to work with. I will make that perfect logo happen. I promise!

Do you offer a money back guarantee? Not if I have started your project. I am not in the position to be able to offer that. I want to make sure that your logo is perfect and I pride myself on great customer support. And I will work to ensure that you are 100% satisfied by allowing no caps on the revisions rounds, no matter what package you choose. But, I have to make a living and as a work-at-home mom, my time is as precious as the four little babies I have to feed.

Do you offer any payment plans? Yes. My policy requires only half down to begin your project. This is a non-refundable deposit for my time working on your project. The other half is due upon completion of your project and before final files and ownership are released. If for some reason, you do not wish for me to finish the project, you will be under no obligation to pay the remaining half. Please note, you will not own any part of what I worked on in this case.
